I Used to Sleep More than 10 Hours per
Night, but Was Still Always Tired – Now I
Sleep Just 4 ½ Hours Each Night And I Feel Great.
I always needed a lot of sleep; 10 hours was my minimum. I didn’t like it, but I never figured there was something I could do about it.
Now, don’t get me wrong, I love to sleep. My problem was the lack of time. I’m sure you understand: 10 hours (for sleep) + 11 hours (for work), that leaves just 3 hours for everything else! And when you take away the time for eating and showering and shopping… there’s really not much left.
I needed time to live my life and a couple of hours per day just wasn’t enough. I know I work a lot, but there was really nothing I could do about that. If I was to get more time, it’s going to have be on account of sleep.
Ok, I’m not going to bore you to death with my personal story. What I wanted to tell you is that it can be done. And I know, because I did it. I went from 10+ hours of sleep per night to just 4 ½. I wake up easily in the morning and I have all the energy I need throughout the day.
If you want to do the same, you can. I found everything I needed to know in just one book. And it’s not even a book on sleep. It’s about tiredness.
Now, when you think about it, it all makes sense. If it wouldn’t be for tiredness, we wouldn’t need sleep. We could just stay awake for the whole 24 hours each day. Tiredness is preventing us from doing that. So, a large part of this book is about sleep. But I found other sections useful as well.
